We had a really nice stay on this second visit.

Its marvellous, central location was a plus.

Asked for double room and it was well priced and modern with comfortable bed. I really enjoyed the amazing and super breakfast served...

Spacious and modern rooms with amenities like tea and comfortable beds alongside very friendly staff always.

The reason we liked it was EXCEPTIONAL staff and comfort. Furthermore, we used private parking.

The hotel offered a wonderful and romantic escape. One of the best aspects was the cozy atmosphere which was the perfect setting for the occasion. the staff was incredibly helpful and the service was top-notch. Another great feature was the secure and convenient parking which made it easy to go on excursions and explore the surroundings.

the pool was too small for a proper swim and didn't offer the most relaxing experience. Finally, the location was quite inconvenient and far from the city center, which made it difficult to access all the nearby attractions.

Being upgraded to a suite. Very reasonable rate as the hotel was empty.

The restaurant was shut when we arrived early evening on 1January and there was nowhere open to eat. The hotel bar provided us with plates of charcuterie and fruit, but there was nothing else available and certainly not the usual advertised room service.

Good for one night. Exceptionally comfortable hotel, amazing food, helpful staff. Wonderful & contemporary unit with a bath, a sofa bed and bedroom. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Convenient location close to the centre, in the modern area. Again, walking distance to Notre-Dame-des-Marais Catholic Church.

This place deserves its 4-star rating as the rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

I recently stayed at Mercure in Villefranche. My travel purpose was a holiday and I stayed for a few nights. The staff were professional and organised, and the hotel had great facilities. The secure parking and direct access to the hotel via lift were a plus. The restaurant was amazing, with top-quality food, service, and ambience. The beds and linen were very comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were modern and clean. a well-run hotel with high standards.

We had a very comfortable stay at a beautiful hotel in VilleFranche. The room was well-appointed, and the large bed was extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel was also very convenient.

Arriving at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room. the comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and the friendly staff were always willing to help with any queries I had. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the main street and a variety of shops and restaurants. the small swimming pool on the roof was a nice touch and added to the overall enjoyable experience.

the wifi was complicated to access and I never received the login details. I was disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room, and the only option for snacks was the expensive restaurant.
